Delivery Schedule

We offer a number of delivery options from next day to within five working days. Depending on the type of purchase made ie, pre-registered or Registration Requires my Name/Address.

Customers who need an item pronto are advised to choose the next day option. Note that the cut off period for this is 12.30 PM prior to the day of expected arrival.

Please note we only deliver to U.K addresses and do not ship out of the U.K

Once a motorcycle order as been completed you will be contacted regarding a delivery day and time (AM or PM), relevant to the delivery option chosen.

We do not deliver at the weekends, however our weekday delivery times are flexible dawn until dusk, we understand people are not at home at all times so we will try and accomodate.

Please note, scheduled delivery forms no part of the purchase contract between the customer and workbike.co.uk, we can not be held liable or responsible for any delay arising as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

We will deliver to your place of work, upon delivery we will need to see identifiable documents. Confirmation of order received from us, driving licence (including 2nd photo id part) and a rescent utility bill. These documents should all show the same address as the credit card holder from which the payment has been made.

When your motorcycle arrives.
For your own added consumer protection and piece of mind, it is always extremely important to check the goods before signing to say that you have received them in good order.

If after checking your order, you find that it has been unacceptably damaged in transit, do not sign for it. Instead call us immediately on 01427 754457 to report it. This is very important as retrospective claims for transit damage can not be accepted by our insurers. If you are not able to be present to accept delivery please inform your agent to check that the the goods are as ordered, and supplied undamaged. This does not in any way effect your warranty rights.
